This medium toe rest is made from two layers 7oz. premium leather and two solid brass posts. It is glued and stitched for durability. The edges are beveled, burnished, and waxed. Then it receives a Fiebing's Neatsfoot Oil finish and is sealed with Ray Hole's Saddle Butter.

I've had 2 other big name brand versions. The leather quality is far better from Heritage. The double posts really help hold the barrels where you placed them.

Great customer service

When I received my toe rest it would only work with my 12 & 20 gauge guns so I sent a note to Heritage Workcraft that they should note on the webpage that it did not work for 28 gauge or 410. I promptly got a call to wanting to know what was wrong. I explained that the studs were too big for those barrels and they asked if I would try a new one if they redesigned it. Shortly I received a new toe rest in the mail that works well with all 4 gauges at no charge. Now that is making sure your customers are satisfied
